How much does a custom trailer cost?
The price depends on the size, axles, brakes, body or top, finish and any extras you want. Because every trailer is built to order, we quote each one. Call (07) 5494 5555 or send an enquiry with what you want to carry and we will give you a price. Finance is available through our partner Credit One.
What size trailer do I need?
Start with what you will carry and how heavy it is, then check what your vehicle is rated to tow. A single axle trailer is easy to manoeuvre and store, while a tandem carries more and tows well when loaded. Tell us your loads and your tow vehicle and we will recommend a size.
Galvanised or painted: which is better?
We offer hot-dip galvanising, and zinc coating with a two-pack DuPont paint system. Hot-dip galvanising gives tough, long-lasting rust protection, which is useful near the coast. A two-pack paint finish lets you choose a colour, and can be matched to your vehicle or your business.
Do you build trailers to order?
Yes. Every trailer is built on-site in our Kuluin workshop, and we offer custom options wherever possible, from tradie shelving and racking to horse float fittings and food trailer fit-outs.
What materials and components do you use?
We use Australian steel and Australian-made springs, AL-KO components, Timken bearings, ADR LED lights and new tyres. For enclosed trailers we offer both steel and fibreglass.
Do you service and repair trailers?
Yes. We service and repair trailers, caravans and horse floats, supply parts, and offer on-site call-outs for damaged trailers or when you cannot travel. See our trailer servicing page.
Are you an insurance repairer?
Yes. We are an established insurance repairer, working with major providers for a hassle-free claim. See our insurance repairs page.
Do you offer finance?
Yes. We work with Credit One, which can access more than 40 Australian lenders. You can apply for trailer finance online.
Do you deliver?
Yes. We service the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, North and West Queensland and the Northern Territory. Ask us about delivering your trailer.
Do I need to register my trailer?
Trailer registration rules are set by the Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads, and they depend on the trailer. Check their website for the current requirements, and ask us when you order if you have questions.
